PHYSICIAN SERVICES
As needed, Crescent Lake House arranges for physical therapy, podiatry and occupational therapy on site. Expert providers work with residents individually during customized therapy sessions.
GUEST MEALS
Share a meal with your loved one at Crescent Lake House. Guest meals are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
HOME HEALTH CARE
For residents who require medical services beyond routine check-ups, Crescent Lake House offers both home health care and hospice (by agency choice).
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE
Crescent Lake House helps residents who may need a little help with day-to-day tasks by providing personal assistance with services such as scheduling for hair salon/barber visits as well as shopping and other errands.
